I went ahead and picked up a '93 F350 with a NA 7.3 IDI down in Oklahoma. Starts hard (3-5 seconds of cranking)if the batteries are even thinking about being a bit weak but runs really smooth and is extremely quiet to my surprise. Good power and only 156k! 5 speed trans is in need of syncros at minimum, but Im guessing I'll be replacing the reverse gear as well from what Ive researched. Otherwise, Im real happy! We tore down the Suburban Thanksgiving Night and I extracted all of the rear heat/AC components and electricals. Just need to do some thinking on how I'll tie it into the Ford System. Seats come out next.

My plan is to repair and use my Carryall frame then build in the offsets to line up the front springs for the Dana 60. Motor is going to be tight against the hood on the accessories but I'll just move the motor back a couple of inches if needed.

Now I need to finish the long arm suspension and 6.2 swap in my Jeep, swap the motor and 4 speed into the WC so I can rejoin the manual transmission crowd, then I'll get started on the carryall....and start saving for the rear doors over again!
