might ahve been scre from a broken ring while getting worked on in the past. ? no need to pressureize I wouldnt think jsut because the cooling system is a zero pressure design. some had 2-3 lb. caps. PWs rely on coolant volume (18+ quarts?) not pressure to keep cool.
