If I had the engine on the floor I would sleeve, but it's still installed and I think this may be a scoring issue- I think I'm going to try it. Truck is just a toy and worst case, I'd just have to pull the engine anyway. Was mostly concerned if this was a common issue (thanks) and if for some reason coolant jacket did not wrap a full 360 deg around cyl.
