After years of searching I found a correct 3rd series bed out of state that was in pretty good condition, but had most of the problems that yours has. After purchase price, replacement of the rear pockets, straightening welding, etc., it ended up costing me almost exactly what Matt's bedsides cost. Six of one, half a dozen of the other.
