My engine turns over very easy so I'm glad it is not frozen. It also turns easy because it has very low compression which is probably why it won't run. I plan to pull the engine and evaluate what I have. The goal is to replace what is needed but not go hog wild if not necessary. The last engine I rebuilt (Chevy 283) did not need new pistons and only needed to be honed. Runs great.
