When I got my first M37 all the tires were shot. It had 3 combat rims and one split rim. I didn't know what combat rims even were. I took the truck plus 4 decent used tires to Les Schwab and paid them whatever they charged back then, maybe $20 apiece, to change the tires. I left it there for a week and told them to work on it whenever they had time. Best money I ever spent, right up there with paying someone else to snake out the side sewer. The guys who worked on it thought it was a cool old truck and they were getting paid by the hour so they didn't care that they were hard to get apart.
