This journal seems fine, check all.

You can shim an out-of-round crank, engine will turn slightly hard and knock on 1st startup, but settles down fairly quick.

Another option is to clean the journal and spread some Persian blue around the journal, let it dry, spread some oil around for lubrication, assemble and spin the crank one full turn by hand, then take the cap off. Shinny areas indicate high areas that can be brought down with fine emery cloth.

Another option, scrap a penny across the crank journal and if it leaves metal, time for a grind.
