If you have a 1/2 ton housing, go to UglyTruckling web site (Rays) Click on Tech Topics, then click on Centered Rear. Now start reading and you will come to the 1/2 ton housing and the work you will need to do to it so it will accept OEM PW 3rd Members.
When drilling and tapping the carrier for the 7/16" studs YOU MUST use a accurate drill press or Mill. The table and tool must be set up accurate. Failure to do this will put the new drilled/tapped holes at a angle........and the 3rd member wont go back in......even with a big hammer. Dont screw up on this part of the work needed.
