It runs along the lower inside of the frame on the drivers side. It is clipped to the lower flange of the frame. It is bent upwards to pass through the holes in the cross members. It then turns to the center of the truck just forward of the gas tank then screws into the bung on the front surface of the tank. The gas line is all metal from the tank to the fuel pump. I do not believe that there is even a rubber flex section at the fuel pump.
VPW had a kit at one time if I am correct. You can make your own much cheaper.
