The bucking is usually an accelerator pump problem, if it runs well once to speed, but the only way to get there is too be very gentle on the throttle.

If it does run well at speed, it isn't a fuel delivery prob.

Don't those carbs us a vac operated accelerator pump? Much problems w/ wrong spings?

Otherwise, a weak spark coil/condenser could cause poor firing of the rich and dense mix on acceleration. Try a different condenser, infant mortality is bad on those. I don't replace a any known good ones.
