You can not use 1/2 ton WC rims on either 3/4 ton WC or civilian PWs. The center on the 1/2 ton rims are smaller and will not fit over the 3/4 ton or PW drum. They will almost fit but there will be a small gap and you can not tighten the lug nuts correctly which will lead to cracking or a lost tire and wheel going down the road. The 1/2 tons have a smaller drum than the 3/4 tons and PWs.
