unbolted the front most bed cross member, shimmed it up with two fender washers, little longer bolt, and the front wall is within 1/4 inch side to side. The rear is still just under 1/2 inch difference, but if you look from the back, the gap is consistent between the tailgate and the crossmember its bolted to, so I don't think I wanna mess with that one. Im calling it good!!
Now just gotta wait for the rear fender welting and new rear fender brackets comin from VPW.
