I've rented a lot for the past five years that is a no mans' land. The advantage is cheap space and that no one messes with stuff that doesn't belong to them in an area without law. As the the indian casino has been buying everything in the San Bernardino area they and the city and county hatched a redevelopment plan that doesn't involve the sort of thing the goes on in this waste land. There are muscling in on 120 properties in the four mile stretch. some properties have already been taken by eminent domain. Rather than move to another similar area, I'll thin out, build a building at home and finally enjoy an efficient operation. By this time next year I should be going full blast.
