You may not have an original military window frame. The military frame has a single hole in the center bar just above the lower frame for the latch. There are 3 holes on each side of the window frame to mount the braces (1 on the inside of the frame next to the glass and 2 on the inside vertical surface that are also used to hold the frame top and bottom together). There are two capture nuts about 1/2 the way up the cab window frame that are used to mount 2 studs. These studs run in the center slot of the braces to keep it aligned. The studs also have wheel nuts that are used to clamp the brace in any position along the central slot this keeps the windshield from moving locking it into position.
