Check the parts book. 1960 W300 rear bumper brackets are 1795912 right and 1795913 left.
I've never seen a PG W300 with the correct optional rear bumper so I don't know what the brackets look like. I've always assumed they had more drop than the D100 bracket, but I know for sure they are narrower where they mount to the frame.
By the way the 60s TW bumper is slightly different and uses different brackets so you got lucky here getting the exact correct bumper.
Maybe someone out there has a 1958-60 W300 with the factory rear bumper and they can share images and measurements of their bumper.
