Read all the articles online about this issue. It is not a total failure of the O ring it is a seeping leak. My vent tube is working just fine. ARB has redesigned the O rings and has made a check valve available to help with this problem.
There is a thought that if you roll an O ring when installing it, the mold line on the O ring will allow the oil past.
