just had what may turn out to be a serious lapse in judgement this afternoon, was looking at the rust on my truck (surface) and trying to figure a way to slow it down for a while. OH!!! I've got a idea! I've got five gallons of fluid film in cans in the shop, that would probably slow it down some. poured out a gallon and proceded to paint the entire truck with said gallon of goo, truck is so far pretty damn sticky all over, I'm hoping that the next storm will even out the stuff. boy, it sure does shine like a new dollar though. had all intent of stopping when I got the gutters and the cab seam, then thought, well...the hood hinge could use a little, and so on and so on, sprayed the bottom two years ago, it's still there in most places. we'll see next year. Dave.
