no that is with 5.83s. but if tires are bald or some brands of 9.00 x 16 were only 34.5 inches that will cut top speed back a bunch. I have seen brand new 9.00 x 16 vary in size from 34.5 to 36.5. it really does affect things. my last WC had 5.83s and when the tires got worn down I maxed out at about 51-52 mph.
