I agree that uel is the culprit, not ignition.
Try an outboard moro fuel tank and hose with squeeze ball. Hook the hose to the carb, bypassing everything else. Squeeze the ball to "be the fuel pump"
If it runs good doing this, you can focus on the suction hoses and lines from the tank, or the pump itself. Even a new fuel pump can get debris under a chech valve making it inop.
