Yes, SALT. I hate that the road depts. are now using it. They say it isn't salt...(magnesium chloride instead of sodium chloride) but any
"chloride" is corrosive. Duh!
Sand kept the windshield glass companies busy, but salt keeps the body shops busy.
This is one reason I hated going back to plowing with my old Ford, but that's the way it goes.
