no 4 is better. the only time I have ever seen a steering box come off is on a 3 bolt saginaw. and I have seen dozens of chevy trucks with cracked frames at the steering box mounting area. pretty sure those are 3 bolt as well but not positive. my favorite is the stock WC/PW bolts. WAAAY oversized. ;/)
