That looks exactly like what the four-wheel-drive club members around here use: an old truck - all paid for - rough around the edges - and the widest/fattest highest flotation tires they can stuff under them. It takes wide/fat tires to navigate the Mississippi River bottoms mud and sand. I used to run with these guys. I tried all the tires I could find. Fat and wide won hands down. Tall and narrow just dug straight down.
