From what I remember (Brian in Denver makes these... or "alters" these) they're a GM 10 lug rim from busses and BIG trucks back-in-the day. Brian has a verticle lathe in his shop and bores out five holes (and the middle) to make them fit the Dodge axles. I know he made runs of these often several years ago, but the rims started to get more and more rare. I do have five of them so there is a spare (with tire!). They're a lock rim, split wheel thingie.
