I'm about 3/4 finished doing the same thing.
= You will need a short shaft 727 (I think most campers have them),
- cut half of the rad. support from left to right. you will need the extra few inches for the oil pan
- move the transfer case mount back 7 inches.
- The front driveshaft will fit on the rear, and the rear drvieshaft will fit on the front.
- remove all four cab mount brackets from the frame and move them vertical, only using the two lower mounting bolts and the two highest bolt holes on the frame.
-You have to lift the cab about 4.5 inches to clear the transfer case mount.
- relocate oilfilter.
-need to build a liftkit for the raditor support.
-custom build a mount for the transfer case bracket and levers.
- The louver panels under the fenders need 4.5 inches added to the bottom to fill the gap.
- The lower raditor hose mount will have to be relocated to the front. (it hits the crank pulley)
- I used a new steering column with a auto shifter and turnsignals.
If you want I'll send you some pictures, if you follow this to a T, you will not have to cut the firewall.
