There were only three PTOs made, early Trans, after-type and NP420. The Military PTO’s do not have the rear output shaft for the drive shaft only the front drive shaft to the winch. If that is important, you can buy the splined shaft from VPW to convert it and you will have to get the end plate that holds the lever. Yes, per the ORD9, the G502 (3/4 ton WC) lists the same CC# Trans number as the WDX parts book, both use the same Trans, so it will work.
The key to finding parts on EBay is in the search string, and I also cruse for parts and run across a lot of stuff so when someone is looking I normally have seen it and will point them to it. Unfortunately, they generally don’t buy it. I guess they are not sure it will work or maybe they are looking for a better deal. What we may not realize is that someone else is also looking for parts, so when you find the part you need, you better buy.
