If the injector is just clogged and not bad, then an injector cleaning could help. You can try a bottle of cleaner in a 1/4 tank of gas and run it low to get a stronger concentration.
You may consider having a shop do a pro injector cleaning where they run the motor off a professional cleaner via bottle or machine, if that doesn't fix it its either a bad injector or bad injector feed. Not cheap but it will help all the injectors even if it doesn't fix the bad one.
The fuel filter change wouldn't hurt either if its been a while.
