If you don't think port matching won't make an improvement, here's how I sold a lot of sets of headers: Take a staight spark plug boot off a set of wires, you'll notice a step inside where it goes from wire ID to larger spark plug ID. Blow through it by mouth, try both ways . Feel a ton of difference? Thats how a port mismatch will effect flow. I'd run a smaller intake thats closer to head size, small runners are better at low rpms for an RVer anyhow.
