I am sorry to say that my son lost his battle Sunday at 1:42 a.m. Thankfully he went in his sleep and he was relatively comfortable when he passed on. For selfish reasons it is extremely hard to say farewell to one you love. It becomes even more difficult to do so when he has not had the opportunity to fully live his life. I miss his smile, his contagious laugh, and his great sense of humor.

I cannot express how much you have all meant to me. A simple THANK YOU is not enough. I cannot begin to express what your prayer, well wishes, an kind words has meant to my family, my son and myself. Thank you all for your support. You are a very kind hearted, warm group of people. I have truly been blessed in meeting all of you.
My life has definitely become richer for the experience.

In closing I now see my son riding in this beautifully restored 1947 Dodge Power Wagon. A gorgeous green paint job with black fenders. The window down and his hand waving in the wind. A huge smile on his face. God is driving and assures me he is happy. I can see this by the smile on my son's face. He finally got to ride in his favorite truck. One more Power Wagon enthusiast is riding his PW in the sky. There are plenty of rough roads, creeks to cross, highways to cruise.

Again, thank you all for your support, well wishes, and prayers. God bless you all
