The proper torque for that head (assuming its the original 230 engine) is 65 to 70 ft lbs. You should always start from the center and work your way to the ends, alternating from left to right. You should also torque them down in three stages making your last trip across at the 65-70 lbs. You can get a wonderful shop manual for that truck through Roberts Motor Parts or Vintage Power Wagons, its titled Shop Manual, W Series Dodge Job-rated Trucks.
