A fellow in Reno had "pioneered" the machine work necessary to bolt a M37 hub to 14 bolt spindles. I'm not sure about the brakes, but some of the machine work is just to get the hub to accept bearing cups that match cones that slip on to the 14 bolt spindles. I'm not sure what's required to attach a Dodge backing plate to a 14 bolt, or a Chevy drum to a M37 hub. Some work with a tape measure, caliper, M37 hub, 14 bolt spindle, M37 parts book and Timken or SKF book would be what's needed. I'd do it myself if I were motivated, like if I started breaking axle shafts or Lockrights.
14 bolts come in 3.73, 4.10, 4.56, 4.875, 5.125 ratios, and the best locker for them is a Detroit NoSpin which fits in the stock carrier.
With a M37 4.89 in front and a 14 bolt 5.125 in the rear, a person could run 11.00R16s in front and 12.5R20s (335/80R20s) in the rear, the sizes/ratios match perfectly. Or else 38/13-16/16.5 Swampers in front and 39.5 Swampers in the rear.
Just an idea.
