Bruce,

You put the URL of the page the picture was on(it ends in HTML) you needed to put the URL of the picture itself:

http://home.earthlink.net/~bmailco/_uimages/P6100007.jpg

Also for faster loading you should make the picture smaller in a photo editing program before you put it up on the web. From what I can see you used your HTML editor to constrain the size of the picture, but that just makes the picture apear smaller on the screen, it does not reduce the file size.
