I tried that on my Jeep Cherokee about 15 yrs ago...it was a Quadro-Trac...drove for about 10 miles and then stopped moving...walked home, grabbed the driveshaft, walked back, installed it on the side of the road and off I went...truck drove great after that...Guy(NH)
