"Illustrated Buers Guide Classic 4x4s" by Jim Allen, from MBI Publishing, ISBN 0-7603-0340-1, $17.95. The chapter on Coleman, NAPCO and other conversions is fairly short, and it mainly explains the features and shows the overall truck, no detail views of the axles themselves. However, the book is well worth the money for anyone who likes older 4x4's. The chapter of Dodge alone is worth getting the book for.
