Yes you can use the Earthlink webspace, the URL of the picture I was trying to post was:
http://townwagon.topcities.com/w300images/bigimages/59w300rf.jpg
Maybe the URL is to long, I will try and shorten it.
As you can see the webspace is on Top Cities, a free webspace provider. I just signed up, and upload my data to their server.
Your Earthlink should work the same.
I use Dreamweaver to create a page with the pictures on it, upload the page, and then I can book mark the page and pick a picture I want to use.
