It sounds like you are trying to replace a divorced np203 with a married np205? If that is the case you will need to contact somebody like Advance Adapters and tell them what tranny you are going to adapt it to. You will spend about $400 for the kit and probably have your tranny shaft machined. The next item will be to adjust the length of your drive shafts, another $400-500. Good Luck.
