59 Power wagon

I am looking at a 59 power wagon tommorrow, the ad says awesome truck, 318 needs work (LOL) almost no rust, budd rims available.The guy says he swapped another 318 into it, he wants 3300 for it. I seriously dought it is nearly rust free being in Ct. What should I look for? any hard to find parts? or are they all hard to find? sounds like a good canidate for a 440 with a 4 speed
