That is a nice looking truck!
You were asking about what your truck should look like if it was all original, so here are a couple of things I can see wrong in the picture.
The front bumper is not original.
I have never seen a factory antenna in that locat1on, it looks aftermarket.
The gas fill hole in the passenger side is not original(in any truck I have seen).
I think the correct rims should be 17'5 Budds, I think you have PG 1 ton, or M-715 rims on your truck.
The outside rear view mirrors are most likely aftermarket.
Otherwise, except for the what is listed above the truck looks correct(excluding the dents and extra door holes), if you post shots of the interior and the engine compartment I can give you an idea about those as well.

I have almost all the numbers figured out for my brakes which are the same as yours.
I can give you a complete list if you would like.
