Engine ID help needed

Upon tearing down the engine in my '48B1 for a total rebuild, I noticed a serial# starting with T116. All the references I've checked list engine serial#'s starting with either T137 or T146 as being appropriate for this truck. All outward signs and measurements seem to indicate a 230 C.I. engine. My main concern is to have the correct block for a B1. Any help with an I.D. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
