Mike, Can you give a reason for using factory oil filters? I have 60,000 on a '98 VW Jetta diesel, have changed oil every 3500 - 5000 miles, and have always used VW filters at $16.00 each. I though I was being foolish and was going to start using a name-brand "auto-parts store" filter. Why should I keep using VW filters? Also, to stay on the subject of the Forum, what factory filter should I use for my B-4-PW? Thanx, Bruce
