I'd agree woith the others on the fuel pump. But if it happened to me My biggest question would be the one that hasn't been much addressed yet: Damage to the engine? Check for metal (bearing material) in the oil. If you've got a good oil gauge you trust, do you have the same oil pressure after changing oil and filters? Any new and interesting sounds comming from the engine?
No unusual crap in the oil, decent oil pressure, no new noises (except those generated by our own fears and imagination. then drive the old girl until she does something that forces the 318 transplant.
