I finished a complete rebuild on a 230 for my C3-PW.It ran for 20 minutes on a test stand @1500rpm to check for leaks(found a couple),then idled down to check timing and set up the carb.I have replaced the water with a 50/50 mix, drained the gas, replaced the filter and filled it with fresh oil.It will be sealed, covered and stored in a corner of my shop untill the rest of the truck is ready.Bodywork, paint, wood for the box, brakes and wiring are all on the list.At my present rate of progress, that will be somewhere around the turn of the next millenium. But i digress. My question to the Forum is:
Eliminating any moisture that could cause rust is my goal.Better ideas?I am open to any and all. Thanks in advance.
