I'd like to know the ratio, the cost; perhaps the diameter of the input and output shafts which will give the torque rating in direct. I think the ground clearance problem is curable with a massive skid plate of at least 1/4" steel. It looks like use in a M37 could be difficult due to length.
To me the lack of usability in 4WD isn't an issue. Who needs gear splitting in low range? And does anyone really drive over 50 on snow and ice. Even we don't in Anchorage (well maybe with an AWD BMW...). Looks like a good product if the cost is reasonable.

As far as Gear Vendors is concerned, if this item is priced significantly below their very hefty price ($22-2400) they're out of the running. All they needed to adapt their overdrive to the Dodge TC is a 1.375" coarse spud shaft, as opposed to their same size fine spline spud shaft on the Dodge NP205 kit. The adapter works, a spud shaft costs very little to make, they could sell a kit for M37/PW on virtually a one-off basis and make money.
Hope they're reading this. And "lack of a transfer case" is a lousy excuse. They could buy a good used one from any surplus dealer, including several places in SoCal, for $200. Guess they're spoiled with the motorhome business.
