These are a big truck similar to the 3 ton civilian series - RHD, 10 stud wheels, 30" engine - heavy duty. There were a few about here after the war, some used for logging and some as prime movers for semi's. There's one a couple hours from me that's been restored to as it was used as a prime mover.
