Personally, I would go for something a bit smaller, like the WW suited to small V8's and V6's of similar but slightly larger capacity. If you go with the ww3-169 you may have to jet it down a bit - try it and see. When you take it for a long run the exhaust pipe should come out a nice light grey color, if it's black and sooty then the main jets are too big. You will soon find out if the accelerator circuit is too big.
