cab and bed swap questions

Hi all,
now that my move is done and my new shop will be done soon, i have been thinking about a new project. while looking through classifieds here and there i noticed some non FFPW trucks that dodge created in the '40s such as the COE and a dodge brothers civilian truck that both seem to have the same cab as the '47 FFPW i was looking at. how close are they? can they be swapped?

I also noticed a '50s pickup that has a nice bed, could that be used on a FFPW?
