The longer they're for sale, the more folks think there's a reason it's not sold & the less interest.
There's an exception to every rule though but usually the guy trying to get absolutely the last penny out of anything ends up taking less than he could have gotten.
There's several schools of logic on pricing something for sale but asking too much & hoping to find a sucker willing to pay too much...95% of the time the seller loses at that game.
Multiple interested parties is what you always want & I've never sold a Power Wagon when I haven't had several people willing to pay what I'm asking.
Could I have gotten more? Maybe...but it can backfire just as often.
