Not without a tranny. The first vehicles in had to be National Guard 4X4 and 6X6 with 20" Michelins to bring the first rounds of invalids and bed ridden folks to ambulances and school buses in front of the house. They even had a deuce and a half overturned and some National Guard stranded. Then when the weather cleared the Black Hawks and Chinooks came in to get the stranded ones on the south side of the river. We just got into town ourselves yesterday with a special pass. Gar
