I believe the elments are different and the oil in the bypass is moving slower so the fine particles have more time to fall to bottom of cannister. the 60s double filter set up on the 361/413 shows 2 different filter ellments in the exploded view. yours must be a PG version as the 60s version they are mounted on a double housing attached to the block. if thats a full flow the lines should be big enough.
