If you are referring to the M-37 yes (but I had a boat engine problem too). Ironically, the same thing probably caused both problems for me.

I did change the fuel pump and still no joy. It turned ou to be that little rubber hose that connects the fuel line (after the stopcock) to the fuel pump. It was funny, it was open in one direction but if you blew on the direction going from tank to pump, it was plugged. I suspect the ethyl alcohol in the gas caused this problem, The hose was all swollen and partially shredded on the inside. So I think I did a lot of work and unfortunatley overlooked the easiest thing to fix and most likely to be the cause.
