Here's the accessory PTO used to power truck mounted equipment on Davey Tree Service Power Wagons.
This same PTO was used to power the generator/welder on the M56 version of the M37 series contact maintenance truck.
I'm not clear which crankshaft needs the pulley, driven or driving.
